Teamworks Sports Performance offers well-rounded athletic development programs that help kids and athletes build a foundation of fitness to excel at any sport.


These programs efficiently and effectively address the unique needs of each athlete.  With our highly-skilled staff, we’re able to recognize and address the key areas that will improve an athlete’s performance and overall well-being.

We take pride in not only building better all-around athletes, but also better young men and women. We constantly aim to instill virtues of hard work, discipline, responsibility, accountability, and respect among all the athletes we work with. We provide them the tools to not only perform at their best, but also live healthier lives.

OUR PROGRAMS

TSP has multiple levels of training, including our Youth Development (ages 8-11), Middle School, High School and seasonal College programs.  We also offer 1-on-1 training programs.

  • YOUTH (Ages 8-11)

    Our Youth Development program here at Teamworks Sports Performance is focused on laying the groundwork for athleticism, by developing fundamental athletic abilities such as running, jumping, cutting, throwing, kicking, rolling, climbing, reacting, etc. through task-based challenges, games and drills that expose each athlete to a wide array of movements and abilities.

  • MIDDLE SCHOOL

    Our Middle School program continues to reinforce and expand upon the athletic qualities that were emphasized in our Youth program. Participants in this program will come out stronger, faster, and more coordinated than when they began. They will demonstrate improved body awareness and will have a better understanding of proper athletic positions pertaining to sprinting, jumping, and changing direction, making them safer and more versatile athletes.

  • HIGH SCHOOL

    With sports at the high school level becoming more and more competitive each passing year, simply showing up at practice is often not enough to keep an athlete ahead of the competition.  Athletic development, beyond what they get from sport skill practice alone, is often what gives players that competitive advantage. Within our program, we utilize the best training strategies to help each athlete prepare to succeed at their specific sport(s).

  • COLLEGE

    For athletes looking to compete at the college level, involvement in a comprehensive off-season athletic development program is a must, both from a pure performance standpoint as well as for the injury prevention benefits. Our TSP College program is a rigorous and highly involved training protocol designed to optimize an individual’s athletic abilities and prepare him or her for the extensive demands of college sport.

    Our College program is offered during Winter & Summer breaks.  If you are interested in a program during the school year, please contact us.
